The room at Serene La Playa Boracay was amazing! It had a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful view. Plus, it had a kettle, so I could make my morning tea. It felt like my own little oasis.

Personally, I didn't really like the flat-screen TV in the room. But hey, that's just me.

Our overall stay was mind-blowing! The staffs were super nice, especially to our two toddlers who were always bugging them. The beach bag, mat, and towels provided were jaw-droppingly useful, and the water dispenser on each floor saved us from buying bottled water. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with the option to customize our own meal. Plus, we got a complimentary cocktail! The roundtrip transfer was smooth, and they even gave us a packed breakfast for our early flight. The location was very accessible to the beach and walking distance to DMall. The rooftop bar had a chill and homey vibe, with stunning views. The food at Salsa was top-notch, especially the purple nachos and salted egg and ube sponge cake. The staff's friendliness was a breath of fresh air, always smiling and accommodating. The rooms were clean, comfy, and the bathroom was spacious. We couldn't be happier with our stay!

The family room I stayed in was great-sized and brand-new with good wifi. The location was absolutely perfect and favourable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from White Beach.

The hotel provided us with climate control, flat-screen television and an electric kettle. The breakfast was great, the check in was early. Late check-out was useful.

We had a fantastic time staying in this hotel located so incredibly close to the beach, making it easy for us to go out and enjoy the nightlife. The room was spacious, comfortable and had a very cozy bathroom. The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable and made sure we were well-fed with delicious breakfast. We were also impressed with the restaurant, especially with the great selection of food, including seafood.

The hotel could benefit from improving the internet connection, which was not always reliable.

The place is nice, the staff are super-friendly and accommodating.

I appreciated to be in this place. Marvellous location in a quiet & peaceful residential area near the main road in Station 1, affable stuff, everything was great! The rooms where spotless and brand-new with climate control, flat-screen television and an electric kettle.

Had a great Xmas break at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed two complementary treats during our stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a stone’s throw away from the beach and a host of amenities. We also loved the additional advantage of having great Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel, which allowed us to stay connected with friends and family abroad.

We were disappointed to discover that the breakfast buffet was quite repetitive and was not always replenished regularly. the signage directing guests to the hotel was not noticeable, which made it difficult to navigate through the surrounding alleys.

This hotel is located in a quiet residential area near the main road in Station 1, yet very close to the beach and the main street with lots of shops and restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was exceptional, and the staff was accommodating and always greeted me with a smile. The breakfast served from 8 to 10 am was good, offering different options for meat, rice, and eggs.

Nothing to dislike.

We enjoyed the delectable food served by the restaurant staff during our romantic escape. The transportation transfer from the airport to the hotel and vice versa was convenient as the hotel arranged it for us. The location of the hotel was also great, just a few steps away from the beach.

We were disappointed by the poor customer service and bad internet connection. We had informed the front desk that we were on a romantic escape and needed a room with good wifi, but we constantly got disconnected.
